February is for Singles....

I know that I'm one of those girls who are very doomed every February comes..
Girls can really be so sentimental whenever the Valentines come..
Roses, Chocolates.. Baloons,, Dinner in restaurants ... Oh, come'on... So what if you're single?
I mean it's really sweet having someone on that day.. It's the only day in our calendar that celebrates the day of HEARTS... But hey girl, Valentines is actually an assortment of things to celebrate. It could be a birthday of a friend, a commemorative day for St. Valentines (the pioneering factor why we celebrate 'that' day..), or a hideous day of campaign for the elections.. (which is the one I hate the most.. Hello? Do we still need to listen to their jingles???!!! It's causing noise pollution everywhere!!!!)

Don't have someone for Valentines? That's simple...
Grab a friend..(preferably single too..) and propose an exchange of chocolates on the 14th..
Don't have roses?? Contact a nearby flower shop and order a bunch that costs more than your weekly allowance, then give them directions to deliver it on your house on the 14th again so every neighbor in your street will be enthralled that you have someone that secretly likes you although you know that you're only fooling yourself.. Next is you don't have a date???Grab your cutest, closest guy/girl cousin and treat him/her on a dinner. When someone asks you if you are together, just smile sweetly...kunyari bf/gf mo.. then order the most expensive course ( and of course, you'll be the one paying!!!) then leave the resto with your biggest smile....


So what the heck am I writing here anyway??? I'm single.. So what??? (or maybe i'm just too bitter that's why..)
